Ways to Stimulate Hair Growth
Does it
feel like your hair isn't growing? Is your hair damaged after going
through various chemical processes, is it dry because it is too often exposed
to heat, or is it broken easily because it is teased too often? For hair
to grow - especially growing quickly - it must be rehydrated, strengthened, and
repaired from damage. There is no magic method that can stimulate hair
growth. Hair will grow when healthy. Having a balanced lifestyle and
treating hair and scalp in a healthy manner can encourage hair growth.
Part-1
Live a Healthy and Balanced Life
1
Maintain body hydration. Drinking less can prevent cell
growth and reproduction - hair won't grow without H2O! Good hydration is
not only important for hair growth but also ensures the body functions
properly. Try to drink six to eight glasses of water per day.
·
Replace one to two caffeinated
drinks with water every day.
·
Set an alarm to remind you when
to drink a glass of water.
2
Eat foods that encourage hair growth and ensure a healthy
scalp. Protein, especially keratin, is the main thing
that builds hair. To encourage hair growth, have a diet rich in nuts,
lentils, and low-fat meat. To improve scalp health, consume foods that are
naturally rich in vitamin A (dark green vegetables and sweet potatoes), vitamin
C (citrus fruits), iron (low-fat red meat), and omega-3 saturated fatty acids.
(avocado).
·
Avoid risky current
diets. Your hair will not grow if you feel your body has a problem. The
nutrients and vitamins you need to have shiny hair will be taken from the hair
follicles and used to maintain the necessary functions. In some extreme
cases, your hair can actually fall out.
·
Eggs, bananas, raisins, and
olive oil is also rich in the vitamins and nutrients you need to grow strong
hair and maintain a healthy scalp.
·
Eating too many salts, carbonated
drinks, sugar, alcohol, and white flour can prevent hair growth.
3
Sleep at least 8 hours every night. Getting enough sleep is
important to get a healthy and balanced life. Anxiety and stress can
increase acid levels in the stomach, inhibit digestion and assimilation of
proteins, vitamins, and nutrients that encourage hair growth. Sometimes,
too much stress can change hormone levels, disrupt the hair growth cycle, and
ultimately make hair fall out. Sleep reduces stress and promotes cell
growth and cell repair.
·
Leave the phone, tablet or
computer by the bed when it's time to sleep.
Part-2
Washing,
Moisturizing, Organizing, and Smoothing Hair
1
Use nourishing shampoo and moisturizer. Read the labels of all
your hair products carefully. Look for shampoos and moisturizers that
contain vitamins A, B, C, and/or E. These vitamins will nourish and hydrate
your hair. Avoid products that contain two or more detergents, such
as sodium lauryl sulfate and ammonium lauryl sulfate. This product will pull
natural oils from the hair and cause greater damage.
·
Don't wash your hair too
often. Try to shampoo your hair one day and just use a moisturizer the
next day.
·
When shampooing your hair, apply
the product directly to the scalp. Rub until foam and let the foam fall
into the lower hair.
·
If your scalp is oily, make sure
you only apply moisturizer to the ends of your hair.
2
Use a deep conditioner (a moisturizer that can
thoroughly moisturize hair). Using a deep conditioner to the hair once a week can
repair, strengthen again, and re-hydrate damaged hair from the root to the ends
of the hair. You can buy a deep conditioner at
your favorite beauty shop or use natural ingredients to make
your own deep conditioner at
home.
3
Use a boar-hair brush. Combing your hair with
this comb will moisturize your hair while reducing frizz and improving hair texture. After using
this comb, you are no longer so dependent on hairdressing products and you
don't need to comb your hair too often.
·
When brushing your hair, focus
on spreading your hair's natural oils. A hair bristle boar brush is
great for this.
·
Do not use a brush with metal or
plastic teeth.
·
When describing wet hair, use a
wide-toothed comb!
·
4
Trim your hair regularly. Smoothing your hair
regularly — about 6 or 8 weeks — can help your hair look and feel
healthy. This will not prevent hair growth. Growth occurs at the
root, not the tip.
·
5
Do not choose a hairdo that
requires it to pull too hard or to make it hard. Some hairstyles attract
hair roots and can slow down hair growth. Hairstyles that pull on the
scalp, such as cornrows, braids, and high
ponytails can also break hair. It can also pull on the roots of the hair
and damage the ends of the hair.
6
Remove your hair or choose a hairdo that is not too attractive
hair. Instead of making loose ends that pull the hair too far so that
the roots and ends of the hair can get damaged, remove your hair
naturally. When you have to tie your hair, make loose braids. Want to
run? Pull hair back and make a loose ponytail.
·
Just need to make sure the hair
does not block the eyes? You can wear a sweet headband or bandana.
Part-3
Protect
Hair from Heat
1
Use hair protectors from the heat. When blow-drying, straightening hair, or curling hair,
prevent hair from getting damaged by using heat protective hair
products. Apply this heat protection product, which you can buy at a beauty
shop, before styling your hair.
2
Do not blow-dry. Applying unnecessary
heat to damaged hair will make it even more damaged. Instead of blow-drying, let the hair dry naturally.
·
Always use heat protection
products when blow-drying!
·
If you have a diffuser, use it! This tool attaches to the tip of
the blow-dryer and helps spread heat evenly throughout
the hair.
3
Limit the use of curling iron or flat iron. Just like blow-drying, curling, or straightening damaged
hair will only make it even more damaged. If you curl or straighten your
hair, don't blow-dry it before styling
it. Let the hair dry naturally.
·
When curling or straightening
hair, always use heat protection!
·
Use a curling iron or flat iron that
shows the temperature. As much as possible set this tool to the lowest
level of heat.
Part-4
Massaging
the Head Every Week
1
Select the type of oil to be used. You can use a variety of
oils to massage the head. You can choose from jojoba oil, coconut, olive,
jatropha, or corn. You can also use a variety of essential oils such as almonds, lavender, or cedarwood.
2
Drop a few drops of oil to the tip of the finger. Pour about one
tablespoon of selected oil onto a small plate. Dip your fingertips in
oil. Shake your fingers on the plate so that excess oil falls on it.
3
Scalp massage. With the tips of your fingers,
massage the scalp to stimulate the roots. Massage the scalp for about ten
minutes. Dip your fingertips on a plate of oil as needed.
·
If the scalp is oily, don't use
too much oil. Use it as necessary.
4
Brush your hair with a boar hairbrush. Brush hair from root to tip with this brush. This will
spread hair oils and natural oils throughout the hair. Do not use a brush
with metal or plastic teeth.
5
Let the oil absorb into the
hair. If your hair is oily or normal, let the oil absorb for several
hours. If your hair is dry, let the oil absorb into damaged hair
overnight. Wrap hair with a soft towel or wear a shower cap to
prevent frizz (also so that the pillowcase does not stain
while you sleep).
6
Wash hair thoroughly. After doing this hair treatment,
rinse your hair with shampoo and water. Maybe you have to wash it several
times to get rid of the oil.
·
Do not use hair moisturizer
after this treatment.
7
Dry and style your hair. Dry your hair with a
towel. Brush your hair with a boar hairbrush. Let
the hair dry naturally. If you want to blow-dry, use
heat-protected hair products. Release your hair, braids, or tie back into
a loose ponytail.
